Cholesterol free food

Well, it has been so long i didn't update my blog. No other reason or excuses...just being lazy bones and nothing new to share..
My latest medical check-up at SMC didnt shows good improvement in my cholesterol level. Do u know that max.level is 5.2? Guess my level???? IT is 5.3 . For the past few days i was bz checking the healthy food cholesterol-free online. The best is to reduce OR not to take high cholesterol foods such as beef, liver, chicken, lamb. McD,Mcmuffin, scramble eggs, boiled eggs, dunkin donuts, cheese, sponge cake, vanilla ice cream, butter.....etc... hmmmm how am i suppose to cut these yummy yummy mouth-watering foods esp ice cream, cheese, chic?? I luv pasta.. but i cant eat as often as i used to. Why they add cheese in pasta?? i wonder why...hehheeheee.
Frens, help me if you have any other way to lower down the bad bad cholesterol? I know ..i know...take oat everyday, drink Omega milk , do exercise.....etc BUT i need other than that...lets say, i just need a simple way to stay healhty. If u hv anything to share, plssssssssss tell me ya.
